Manual therapy is a hands-on approach to treating musculoskeletal pain and dysfunction. It involves skilled techniques such as joint mobilization, soft tissue mobilization, and manual stretching to improve range of motion, reduce pain, and restore function. Manual Therapy can be used to a variety of conditions, including back pain, neck pain, and sports injuries. 

Manual Therapy appointments are available in 30, 60 or 90 minute sessions

The full body Melt Experience is a 90 minute sensory immersion session.  Using Solfeggio healing 
frequencies as background tones, we darken the room so that you are focused only on touch and sound.  Talking is kept to a minimum as you are immersed into tranquility. This transcendental experience will get you as relaxed and rejuvenated as ever, and you will be melting into the table! 

The Melt Experience

Lymph Drainage Therapy is a gentle massage technique that helps to stimulate the lymphatic system and promote the flow of lymphatic fluid. This therapy can help to reduce swelling, improve immune function, and promote overall wellness. It is often used to treat conditions such as lymphedema, fibromyalgia, and chronic fatigue syndrome.  Your Lymph experience will conclude with a full body skin brush.

Craniosacral therapy is a gentle, non-invasive form of bodywork that focuses on the bones of the head, spinal column, and sacrum. Practitioners use light touch to release restrictions in these areas, which can help to alleviate pain and improve overall health and well-being. The therapy is based on the idea that the craniosacral system, which includes the cerebrospinal fluid and the membranes that surround the brain and spinal cord, has its own rhythm and can be manipulated to promote healing.

SLC combines traditional coaching techniques with somatic practices, such as movement, breathwork, bodywork, and mindfulness, to help clients achieve their goals and improve their overall well-being. By addressing both the physical and emotional aspects of personal growth, Somatic Life Coaching can lead to lasting transformation and a more fulfilling life.  This is a 6 session package payable in full at the beginning of the program.
